After adding our items to the basket, then having to sign up we entered our bank details for it to fail 3 times, assuming it was our card we tried another… that did not work, we were told by staff that sometimes this happens with the app and to try a different phone. As soon as we switched phone it worked fine. Over 25minutes to order contactless is crazy ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2021-08-23, version 1.1.0* Consistently failed to get an accurate location in the park and there were never any delivery slots available to chose. I do not understand why the deserts were put on top of the hot food. So I had two melted ice creams and far from hot food. One of the meals was totally uneatable to the point I had to drive to a local takeaway. I complained via email and yet to have a reply I tried reception a few days later to be told someone would be in touch and yet no response. Thank you all! ### 5/5 — Superb *2021-11-22, version 1.1.0* My husband and I stayed here for 6 days with our daughter in law and two grandchildren. We had the best time ever! The food was perfect. The staff are an asset to Shorefield. Young George and Cory especially. The entertainment was fab too. Emma and Kerry went above and beyond. Truly lovely ladies. The whole resort is spotless. Highly recommend. We followed the instructions by the letter and put the loyalty card number in the app. Even though we have done this the app is still not showing the reward.
