With this app information and facts replace estimates and supposition. The boundaries to show where private beaches meet public are inaccurate and change consistently. The App will suggest users to trespass on private property, risking fines or jail time with zero accountability. At the end of the day this app is an attempt to violate the rights of private citizens to own and protect their property. Just because someone was able to purchase beach property does not mean others get to trespass, steal, and use it for free. ### 1/5 — Dangerous app with bad advice *2026-01-26, version 3.0* I tested this out on a beach I know well and the information provided in it is not accurate and the “advice” provided could have you arrested for trespassing. This may provide decent information for shorelines that are stable, but most barrier islands do not have stable shorelines. The advice given in this app would make a person believe they have a right to be in peoples homes (literally).
