Would save a massive amount of time to be able to filter out ActiveWO properties, since most of us are not wasting time on properties with accepted offers. ### 2/5 — App won’t filter *2022-03-27* I like looking at houses for sale not sure why the filter would even offer sold and active. But now it doesn’t filter at all. It always shows solds. Who cares about houses that are sold. People looking to move want to see houses available. Yes I did select actives only and even deleted app and added again to see if that would reset it. I have to close the app and start over! ### 2/5 — Needs iPhone X update *2018-02-09* When you do a search and click on a property if you scroll down and open up the map you can do all the satellite features and everything but because the iPhone X has the upper right corner controls you can’t click the done button because it just access the controls. The website is better in some ways but that doesn’t list DOM, another annoyance. Basic stuff on app, website, and in emails should all match. Map shows absolutely no homes for sale. Use the Zillow app, it's infinitely better than this cr(app). One star because zero stars isn't an option. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Constantly downloading *2026-05-06* This app is GREAT when it works but unfortunately I find myself stuck in the “death load” every time I try to open it on my iPhone; I have to delete the app and redownload it in order to get it to open. PLEASE GET THIS FIXED. Worth the hassle I guess but it is definitely a pain and seems like I’m not the only one experience the issue… ### 1/5 — So bad *2025-10-07, version 7.3.0* New app is unusable ### 1/5 — Not able to filter out ActiveWO *2025-09-11* Just updated this after years of using the old version. How come the Active With Offer properties still show up green? The old version they would grey out a bit so you’d know. At least let me filter in my search. Also, if you don’t have your location settings, turned on you get an error message all the time. ### 1/5 — This app crashes *2025-07-27* The app worked great for me but sometime in the past few weeks it upgraded. Now it closes randomly while looking at things. It also scrolls through the photos which I don’t like. This is HUGE when searching for a home, and other major apps will not do this for some reason. Combine iLocate with the Compass and GPS and Realtors have a wonderful new tool to help them help their Clients. One more example of Shorewest's leadership in technology to help our Clients. ### 4/5 — Improved *2011-10-15, version 3.36* Used to crash constantly but has been fixed.
