It still does not work on my iPad running the latest version of iOS. When I select the "quick short" from the share sheet in Safari, it comes up with a screen that says "shortening" and just stays like that. I don't know if it's a conflict with the ad blocker I'm using, but I gave up. I found some shortcuts that will work just fine and don't limit the amount of shortcuts I can do per month. **Developer response:** Hey inthesand, Thanks for getting back to me, and I’m really sorry to hear the update didn’t resolve the issue on your iPad. Thanks so much! ### 4/5 — Great URL shortener, but the default service is not working *2023-03-25* I've been using this URL shortening app for years. I saw some reviews post that it was not working. It looks like the default free URL shortening service is not working with the app. For $.99, you can get access to all 8 shortening services that are built into the app. It's a cheap investment in case you want to try another shortening service, or if your preferred service is not working right. The developer should address the issue with the default service, or at least let you change to one that's working. The best thing about this app is that all the shortening services work directly from the share sheet. So if you are viewing a particular website, you can open up the share sheet, click on "quick short", and a shortened URL will be copied to your clipboard. You also have the option of opening up the app and pasting in a URL to be shortened. There are quite a few advanced services, such as affiliate link shortening, that are available in the premium service. **Developer response:** Hey inthesand, Thank you for your positive review. Now it now longer actively tracks how many times a link is clicked/view. Needs an uodate ### 1/5 — This isn’t worth it. *2024-08-31, version 5.3.1* I purchased this app a little over a year ago, and it was buggy from the get-go. Of course, I had the latest updates on my computer and iPhone, but nothing helped. I tried to contact the owner to no avail. The app had been abandoned, there was no response from the owner, and I had an app I paid for that I couldn’t use. Flash forward to today; it’s been updated with a new logo, and most features are locked behind a paywall. I paid for the full version once, and I did so because I don’t like subscription models. Now I’d just like a refund. Who can help me with that? ### 1/5 — Greedy and Deceitful practices. *2024-07-01, version 5.2.1* I was using this app everyday with my paid bitly integration. They decided the money I paid years ago doesn't matter and now I can't use it anymore without paying $7 a month. I paid for the short menu upgrade a few years ago. I didn't use their service I just used it with my own paid bitly subscription. They upgraded the app and now I can't use the app without paying them either $50 a year or $7 a month. Which I don't think an app that isn't even hosting my links should get. The fact I have a "legacy" subscription and still can't use my bitly integration is quite annoying and honestly I never write reviews but I plan to post this here and on Reddit and everywhere I can. It's just greedy and honestly, deceitful. I paid for the one time app upgrade and now they want more.
