## What is Short Track Speed Skating?

Ice Racing Strategist is a fast-paced short track racing game where winning isn't just about speed. Every race is a battle of positioning, timing, stamina, and nerve.

With just two direction controls and one Sprint button, you have everything you need to outsmart the pack. Hold the inside line through corners, move outside to build speed, block rivals before they pass, and unleash your sprint when the moment is right.

RACE SMART. RACE BOLD.

Short track is all about controlling the ice.

• Inside Line - Take the shortest route through corners, but push too hard and you can lose grip.
• Outside Line - Give yourself room to accelerate and set up a pass.
• Sprint - Burn stamina for explosive acceleration. Fill your boost meter to activate Turbo with no stamina cost.
• Slipstream - Stay close behind a rival to reduce air resistance and recover stamina.
• Slingshot - Build your meter in the slipstream, then burst out to attack.
• Blocking - Close the door before a rival can take your line.
• Lunge - Save your final burst for the last few meters and throw yourself across the finish line.

Do nothing and centrifugal force pushes you toward the outside. Hold the inside too long and you risk an off-track penalty.

The controls are simple.
The decisions are not.

SURVIVE THE PACK

Short track is never a race against one opponent.

Rivals can block, push, collide, and trigger chain crashes. One fallen skater can take down several others in an instant, turning a comfortable lead into total chaos.

Know when to fight for position, when to give way, and when to wait for the perfect opening.

Start on the domestic circuit and climb all the way to the world's biggest stages.

Domestic → World Cup → World Championships → Winter Olympics

Each race follows a competitive short track format:

• Qualifying → Semifinal → Final
• 5 skaters per heat
• Top 2 advance

Choose your racing style:

• Sprinter
• Technician
• Endurance
• Fighter

Develop five core attributes:

• Speed
• Acceleration
• Cornering
• Endurance
• Nerve

Train your skater, improve your abilities, collect skate blades, earn medals and badges, and build your legacy.

CHASE RECORDS & GLORY

Set personal bests and break track records.

Earn badges for mastering the controls:

• Corner Master
• Gatekeeper
• Breakaway King
• Slingshot Master
• Comeback King
• Grand Slam
• Olympic Champion

Compete across three events:

• 500m - Explosive starts and aggressive positioning
• 1000m - Patience, slipstreaming, and the perfect attack
• 1500m - Stamina management and a late-race showdown

The longer the race, the more important patience becomes.

The shorter the race, the more every decision matters.
