## What is ShortBook?

ShortBook is an electronic book reader using unique capabilities of your iPhone. It has everything that is necessary for comfortable reading of books in fb2 format: contents, figures, footnotes and unique text makeup. Handy interface allows finding books quickly and reading them with comfort. Night reading mode will reduce discomfort for those who suffer from sleeplessness and Quick Bookmark function will ensure free browsing through a book. Book downloading is available via Wi-Fi being handily implemented through the web browser. For your further comfort there are options of choosing font, its size and other settings. 

The program supports dictionaries in XDXF format. Detaining a finger on a word and activating the button of searching through dictionaries, you'll virtually in a matter of seconds learn the meaning of the tricky word. 

Reading can be quickly restarted after a break with one touch of the screen.

Было прекрасное приложение , пользовалась много лет. Сегодня при  закрытии книги о прочтении просто вылетела и не открывается. Причем эта читалка изначально покупалась , не говоря о том что у меня там очень много закачаных купленных книг и что делать?! Это какой то ужас !!!

С 2009 года пользуюсь только ей!Была у меня на айфоне 5,7 и сейчас на 13.
Жалко,конечно,что автор забросил такой хороший проект,но читалка и сейчас устраивает меня стопроцентно!

Я заплатил за приложение, которое теперь нормально не функционирует. Принципиально не буду покупать новое, тем более подписку. Чувствую себя обворованным. Это свинство, так поступать.

Приложение стало регулярно вылетать, приходится переустанавливать, теряя настройки. Похоже, поддержка прекращена в пользу новой версии. Жаль.

Добрый день. 
Много читаю и эта читалка стала для меня необходимостью. Выручала много лет. И подкупала своим удобством и лаконичностью. К сожалению, не могу сказать подобного о ShortBook2.
После обновления на iOS 17 (14ProMax) читалка стала вылетать. Постоянно. Удаление-загрузка помогают только до закрытия приложения. 
Пожалуйста, адаптируйте приложение под новые OS.

This is my favorite app. It’s a very convenient reader and I used to keep lots of books in it.. It stopped working after one of the latest IOS updates, about a year ago. It just would not open. I really hope it can be done, as no other reader comes close. If it is still available for purchase through Apple Store, it should be a working app. Otherwise it should just be removed altogether.
