## What is ShortChanged?

#ShortChanged simplifies social protection policies on health and education in the project countries - Mali & Ghana.
Built by Penplusbytes & ID Sahel with support from OSIWA, #Shortchanged aims to create awareness about the selected policies, provide spaces for citizens to report on their experiences with each selected policy(ies). 
#Shortchanged is designed to provide users with feedback in real-time on their phones.
The app will be integrated with social media and mashed up with a two-way messaging service to give alerts and updates to all stakeholders on the state of the policies the project will be monitoring. Periodically, the citizens reports will be collated, validated and policy briefs will be generated to advocate for better public service delivery in health and education in Ghana and Mali.
