## What is Shortcutter HTTP Helper?

Shortcutter is a focused tool for people who build and test HTTP requests on iPhone and iPad — without fighting the Shortcuts editor.

Save a request once — URL, method, headers, and a JSON body — then run it whenever you need it: tap Send in the app, add it to the Shortcuts app, or trigger it with Siri. Edit the body the easy way and every run uses your latest value.

THREE WAYS TO EDIT A JSON BODY
• Fields — add and remove keys and pick each value's type (string, number, boolean, null). The fast way to tweak flat parameters.
• Raw — edit JSON directly with live validation and a one-tap Format button.
• Gemini — a structured editor for Google Gemini generateContent bodies: model, system instruction, conversation turns, generation settings (temperature, top-p/k, tokens, stop sequences, thinking config), tools, function-calling mode, and per-category safety thresholds. A body that already looks like a Gemini request opens in this mode automatically.

RUN IT ANYWHERE
• Send in the app and inspect the status code, response headers, and body.
• Add the "Perform Saved Request" action in the Shortcuts app and pipe the response into any other action.
• Say "Run a request with Shortcutter" to Siri.

CLEAN UP THE RESPONSE
Turn on "Unwrap to plain text" to concatenate chunked AI responses and unwrap JSON envelopes like {"message": "…"} down to the inner text — so the Shortcuts app receives a plain message instead of raw JSON. It falls back to the original body when nothing matches.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your saved requests stay on your device. There's no account, no analytics, and no server of our own. When you send a request, its data goes only to the endpoint you chose.
