Quite often the app freezes or completely glitches and kicks me out. I’ll be in the middle of an episode and the app kicks me out or I’ll be trying to swipe to a new episode and it just freezes. It’s incredibly frustrating especially when I’m using the watch timer to get bonus. However, that has been my only issue with the app.

When i was almost able to unlock the series it dint let me so now i can watch it…

It’s an okay app the rewards are not great and it’s expensive. It takes a whole week or more to watch one series. Or pay $12.99 or 19.99 for a week. It’s kind of ridiculous. As much I would like to finish the series it not worth the time. I’m deleting the app.

Good dramas mostly but now we can’t watch videos at x1,5 x1,75 or else speed. Why is that? Please bring back that feature!!

I recently got the app on my iPhone and it won’t let me delete it at all. Do not recommend.

Great shows but I made an in app purchase of a series and it isn’t available for me to watch nor appears in my owned series. I have been charged for the purchase and submitted a refund request through Apple Support.

I was only able to watch about 2.5 minutes worth of programming before it locked me out of everything and required a $20 per month subscription. Tried to watch the ads to “earn” more viewing time, but it showed game ads that never get marked as “done” or give an option to close so you have to close & relaunch the app and it doesn’t give you credit for watching them. This is clearly a scam.

I been trying to use the app but every time I try to sign in it says it failed. Tried Apple, Google, and Line sign in but it just keeps failing. Even when I clicked “Get Started Now” it still fails.

I watched a couple shows (with subtitles) last year and enjoyed them. But then I got busy and didn’t watch for a while. 

Logged back in and saw a lot more content than before … but no matter which series I tried, there were no English subtitles. The only option is “unused” and isn’t clickable to change.

I was trying to watch a lil sum sum but then I clicked what I wanted to watch and it didn’t let me watch it like it was just a black screen I tried closing my apps turning off and turning on my phone and un installed and reinstalling the app but it didn’t work still so can you please fix this.
