## What is Shorts Caption Maker?

Shorts Caption Maker helps creators draft caption cards, subtitle text, and SRT-style exports for short-form videos.

Import a video from your library, paste or edit transcript text, split it into timed caption cards, apply styles, preview a short-video layout, and export caption text or SRT content through the share sheet. Drafts and recent exports are stored locally on your device.

Features:
- Video library import
- Transcript-based caption drafting
- Editable caption cards
- Hook chips, style presets, and platform targets
- SRT text export
- No sign-in required
