I like this app and browser extension so much. It is very good and useful but i can see room for improvements to make it even better:

1. For people like me who are using two Bitly accounts, one for personal and one for work shortlinks, it would be a game changer if i was able to switch between those two accounts a cnd choose which will be used to shorten
2. The Chrome/Chromium extension needs a different color for the icon otherwise , when applying the dark theme is is impossible to see it in the browser's bar

I used Shortshare to make a link for a promo image. A few days later I opened the image and clicked on the link only to receive a message that the link had expired. Really? Uninstalled! I cannot have links to a sales page expiring.

Requires accounts with other services.  Opens a nice little window on my desktop but, sadly, has not converted a single URL.  Waste of money.

I bought this because I need a URL shortener, and all this does is state "Failed to create Shortio link, Invalid domain name". I have no idea what that means, nor do I have any idea of what URL shortener services are. I tried to select one and it opened to a list of API Tokens, which led to more time spent messing around with technical information I don't have time to learn about. There was no indication that this app is intended for those who have knowledge beyond what's need for a Safari extension. Had I known I would have passed it by, as it is, it's useless.

Does not work! Gives a error message for every link I try to shorten. So disappointed. If you want to throw away money this is the app for you. Better off sticking to the big guys, TinyURL, bitly etc.

**Developer response:** If the app does not work for you (which would be odd, since it does for many customers), you are free to request a refund to get your money back. Certainly, the app is not a "rip off".
