And as I’m writing right now, the insurance policy has not been linked to my traffic file, and I have no idea how I got myself into this very bad experience, but it is all because of using Shory’s app which turned to be a big mistake. Next time, I will never use Shory’s app to buy any insurance policy as the company has proven beyond a reasonable doubt that it is not capable of asserting the client’s right. ### 1/5 — Rip off service تحذير لاتتعاملون مع شوري *2025-05-09, version 1.45.1* BE AWARE OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY SHORY. I have bought a policy through Shory, process went smooth and they deducted the amount (anything with money is always fast and easy), later on I spent hours waiting at Abu Dhabi Traffic and Registration office for the policy to be updated to AD Police with no use till i lost hope and went home, its same as i didn’t buy any policy, but the money is secured for them thats what matter not customer satisfaction not the quality of the services for sure. Lesson learned, never making this mistake again. نصيحة اخ ابتعدوا عن شوري!! استخدمت شوري بسبب وعودهم بخدمة تأمين سريعة، لكن الشي السريع الوحيد هو خصم المبلغ فقط، قعدت ساعات انتظر في ترخيص ابوظبي عشان التأمين يبين بالسستم واجدد السيارة لين ما يأست ورجعت البيت بدون اي فايدة، ماعرف شو الفايدة من طرح خدمة مع وعود بسرعة الانجاز بدون اتمامها؟!؟ لين هالوقت الي اكتب فيه التعليق بيكون مر اربع ساعات وللحين كل مادخل ع نظام التجديد اونلاين يطلعلي انه مافي تأمين. المهمة المستحيلة لتوم كروز اسهل بكثير من مهمة استرجاع المبلغ الحين، تحذروا تتعاملون معاهم الا لو مايهمكم تجديد سيارتكم. ### 1/5 — Very poor customer service *2025-04-26, version 1.45.1* Be careful while going with Shory as there is very poor customer service when it comes to any queries and in terms of any refund. They are just taking their hands out from any matter and ask us to follow any matter with insurance company directly by ourself. To reach them, I have to wait on the call for 30 minutes to an hour, and no one answers. In the chat, I’m just left on hold with no response. They are uncooperative and dishonest. My issue has been pending for two days, even though they claimed it would be resolved within four hours. Moreover, there is an easy way of submitting the claims as well. I highly recommend using Shory to buy your car insurance.
