## What is Shoshin?

Shoshin (初心, "beginner's mind") is a quiet meditation timer with no
audio at all — just short on-screen guidance and a gentle vibration,
so you can sit anywhere without headphones.

• Silent mode for experienced sitters — just a timer and start/end vibration
