Despite using several pictures as reference, the AI photos didn’t resemble me. The photos not generating like me, that’s fine. Paying for photos and then the photos not populating or just appearing as a back square, not fine. So I downloaded it, signed up for the trial, selected my photos, selected AT LEAST THREE categories I wanted to see my pics made into, and waited. I kid you not, they gave me two pics for each category EXCEPT for Viking and GAME OF THRONES. So I decided to resubmit it thinking that I did something wrong. So I redid everything then thought, "well maybe ALL the categories were already selected so in clicking on the ones I wanted the first time, I actually unselected them." SO I clicked on everything else and left only the three that I wanted highlighted. These heifers then brought me to another screen TO PAY. On a three day free trial? Two days after Pride? No ma'am. The wallpaper function was also a mega fail with troll-like warped peopleish faces. Creepy. All of a sudden a couple of weeks ago it simply stopped working. It no longer completes any task you give it. I have tried deleting and re-uploading the app and nothing. It also stopped working on my iPad so I know it’s not just my phone. Since there is no desktop version it’s of no help there and customer service is more like customer no service. Not one of my six emails has been answered. Stay away from this one. They take your money then ignore you if you have a problem. ### 1/5 — “Processing.. 15-25mins” *2024-12-25, version 2.2* App worked once; never again. It’s gets worse cause most of them we duplicates from the first time. I didn’t know why I did but gave it another chance with the 5 dollars and all of them were duplicates from the other two times I did it. So I waisted 15 dollars on crappy photos that were duplicates. Don’t download this. It also was pretty good, not great at sharpening images under the same enhancement feature. Lately however it has been badly screwing up. The app has slowed down its processing to about ten minutes processing a single image when it used to take a minute. It also no longer shows the before and after feature and you have to back out of the processing in order to see you finished images. Worst though and most disturbing is I have been getting other people’s finished images instead of my own. For every image I manage to enhance up to four other images I’ve never seen show up in my finished gallery. This really is unsettling as I now wonder if someone else is getting my images. I have tried to contact the developers with these concerns but after several tries with no responses have given up in total frustration. If these problems persist I will cancel before my next renewal date.
