I completed the registration process in the app. After completing that I went to sign in and it errors out saying to check my WiFi and cell service. Every other app on my phone works but I cannot get logged into this. I have also tried deleting and reinstalling the app only to find the same issue. After the price tag on the shot sense and not having a working app to be able to use it, we are off to a rough start to say the least. ### 1/5 — No stars for this App *2025-06-25* Could have been a cool app, if it worked. But I keep trying. I also keep checking for an update. Sorely needed here. ### 1/5 — I’d be embarrassed if I was Mathews and put my name on this product. *2024-09-24* Very, very few aspects have worked right. I’ve owned the shot sense for almost a year and regret the purchase every time I connect it. They replaced my first unit for battery issues. No me features works aside from the basics. And it now only one shot out of a session. Save your money and get the Mantis. This whole project looks like a money grab they gave up on. Updates are rare and do very little. I’d feel like a fraud if I put this product out. I really can’t express enough just how worthless this is. I’d call it a paper weight but it doesn’t weigh that much. - Doesn’t accurately record shots or stats. - Average score isn’t accurate using any math. - Can’t connect with any friends. - Now it won’t load my previous shots. - Won’t update to the newest software version. (Already reached out to Mathews) - Friends and groups features don’t work - Gives a score based on three factors but provides nothing that could actually help you. I wish I could’ve heard the conversation when this was launched. No goals, no direction, no thoughts. Every time I press the profile or community button the app crashes. Sad when you pay $375 for something! Mathews you’re better than this! ### 1/5 — Module works great but the app… *2024-02-12* The Shot Sense module is a great idea but the app leaves something to be desired. When I try to save a session it will not allow me too, can’t change the information on the bow (poundage, model, let off). Mathews makes great bows and accessories but the app is a massive disappointment. Update: The app is also becoming glitching, randomly closing during a session and randomly dropping connection with the sensor. But the group portion of it, where you can compete against others doesn’t work. No use of stats to show improvements, trends etc. With the software. It could technically predict shots but that portion of the software isn’t being used. Slow to move about app, even though there’s very little that can be done. Battery dies fast. But it does always connect quickly. Can’t wait for the full potential of this device.
