### 4/5 — High replay-ability but new physics are frustrating

The game has evolved over time which increases the replay ability quite a bit.  Each nuance creates a very different experience.  However, the latest change to the physics kills the strategic use of momentum.  In the old version, you were incentivized to keep balls moving and bouncing to create space and up your score. Now it’s like the balls are weighted down, they just stick and won’t budge. 

The countdown timer is a gift and curse as well. Again, it’s a clever add-in that gives a new dimension to the game. But it keeps counting at every 2048+ increment. You’re effectively punished for combos, because the countdown keeps going as the tally is shown and you click next. 2-3 combos, and the countdown expires.

Fun game, and I play through the frustration, but the fun factor has diminished a bit.

2025年2月のアップデート後、2048達成時のモーダル表示を閉じた直後にゲームオーバー判定が発生するとそのままretryになることが何回かありました。モーダル後の硬直が短く調整された影響な気がします……。

デッドゾーン内にダイスがある状態で2048を達成すると演出の表示後の硬直明けにゲームオーバー判定になる。この演出の仕様のため、ダイスが大きくなった中盤以降は頻繁に硬直が発生する。
ダイスの跳ね返りや転がりは物理演算の神に委ねられていて、ハイスコアは戦略性や操作テクニック以上に運が絡む。これ自体はいいんだけど、前述の仕様と組み合わさると、ゲーム側がプレイヤーに制約を課して理不尽なゲームオーバーにさせられているような気分になってしまう。
プレイヤーに有利なバグもあるようで、ランキングの信頼性が損なわれているので、ハイスコアを狙うのはほどほどに。まともなランキングではないと思った方がいいので、コンティニューの課金は推奨しません。

The game is moderately addictive, but there are a lot of problems.

Whenever your dice falls out of bounds, there’s an invisible countdown and you have to get the die back above the line before time runs out. WHY IS THE COUNTDOWN INVISIBLE? You’re just left with some abstract time limit which sometimes doesn’t even work properly. It’s very frustrating.

The second major issue is that the physics can not only be quite inaccurate, but the physics appears to have been manipulated to keep like die from connecting when a session has gone on for a while. This is quite easy to code, and I’ve played long enough now that I’ve seen die lose momentum and not connect when it gets close to a match enough times that I don’t think this is a coincidence.

And lastly the presentation is very poor. The graphics and overall polish is not pleasing, the UI is barebones at best, and the music is weird.

This could be a good game, but right now it needs some work, and the physics need to be improved and not manipulated to force you to watch more ads or spend money.

ゲーム自体は面白い。 どこまでダイス（数字）を増やせるのか？ はまると止めるのが難しい。（笑） 2048以上のダイス生成時に入る広告がゲームの邪魔。 広告のダウンロードのせいで通信量が動画視聴並みに跳ね上がるので注意。10日で1Gラインを越えた（涙） だんだんゲームが重くなるが、途中でゲームを再起動する（状態は保存されてる）と直ります 。

広告は基本30秒の物になってます。（二つの広告をつなげて流すタイプに改悪）

4回位で動作が重くなり始め、10回位で処理落ちが発生します。

広告視聴の特典（？）は高数字のダイスが出やすくなることかな？ただし同一プレイ中で作れた最大数以上は出ない様子。

広告（タブ表示含む）止める方法は、モバイルデータ通信迄全てオフにするしかない。

・ほぼ同じ数字狙ってるだけ
・デンジャラスラインの数字を狙うだけ

それと、ちょこっとビリヤードのような要素で狙ったりもするけど、後は運任せ。頭を使う要素は低く、パズルゲームとは言えない。

よくある2048系にアクションを加えたもの。
やってみるとなかなかゲーム性があって面白い。

バウンドを狙ったシュートやキスショットなどプレイスキルが問われるのも◎

しかし、ゲームを続けていくうちにどんどん処理落ちが激しくなってくる。画面が固まってるうちになんかダイスが消えたりゲームオーバーになったり。そしてついには強制終了も。
(なにかリークか処理が蓄積してる?)

プログラマーとしての中さんのファンだけに少し残念です。
改善されるのを期待しています！

ゲームはかなり面白く、広告削除機能も購入して遊んでいます。しかしゲームオーバーになる条件が全然わからない。ダイスが境界線より手前にあるときのカウントが条件なのだとおもいますが、数十秒大丈夫なこともあれば、ものの1秒で終わってしまうこともあり、後者が発生するとイラっとします。

As many have pointed out the $5.99 to remove ads is too steep. I paid to remove them because the constant interruption made it impossible to get a flow going or to keep die juggling when you inevitably get a pileup. But, the constant “congratulations” when you make a large dice, followed by a second or so lag afterwards also screws you over plenty…. Would appreciate a toggle in settings where you could turn that off!

If you live pervasive ads, this is the game for you! I know that devs need to make money and they do that via ads. Sure. But OMG the amount of ads. You scored? Ad. You lost? Ad. It's been 10 seconds? Ad. This game would be very fun to play if it wasn't for the constant barrage of 30 seconds ads. If it wasn't almost forcing you to buy it to have some enjoyment of probably buy it even. But as it is. Nope. No way I give them money for this. I sincerely hope they reduce the amount of ads you see a little bit in the future.

This is a simple fun game. But it has a major flaw. 

I wish the developer would add an option to disable pop ups that display higher score dice scoring points. These cause me to have to tap ok and it causes most of my loses as im playing and i get a pop up and cant tend to dice over the line. If they changed this I would rate 5 stars. 

For reference I am a paid customer.

まず、広告の多さが、普通じゃないです。
ゲームが佳境になってくると、5秒に1回くらいの頻度で広告が何度も入ってきます。
そして、その広告が多すぎるのが原因のバグがあります。
デッドゾーンに多面体が入った状態で2048を達成して広告に入ってしまうと、カウントが継続されてしまい、広告から戻ると確実にゲームオーバーになってまた30秒ほど広告を見させられます。
製作者の方は一度やり込んでみたほうがいいです。
ゲームの内容はとてもクセになり面白いのに非常にもったいないゲームです。

アプリ起動後に規約ダイアログのContinueをタップするとサイコロが表示されたままフリーズしました（iPhoneXS iOS15.1)

I found out about this game through the YouTube channel FTCR. In their Sonic Frontiers LP they discussed Yuji Naka’s various game projects including the mobile game developer Prope. They half jokingly fawned over Shot 2048 in particular which got me to check it out. It’s legitimately very fun. My only criticisms are the App Store description having broken English making it feel like you’re not installing something legit and also the amount of ads that pop up.

balan wonderworld rules and so does this fun little game

EDIT: btw i now consider this game the best phone game of all time, but PLEASE create an option (at least for users who bought the paid version) to disable to "CONGRATULATIONS" notifications. they glitch the game briefly and i have lost many high-score games as a result ;_; otherwise the game is perfect!

You’re dropped into the game with next to no instruction. What to do? It take a second to develop a strategy, but once you “get it”, I dare you to put this game down. 

It’s so simple but so much fun; very satisfying if you will. I really hope more games like this are created by independent developers. Great game!
