But you try to search something and the loading circle will go for ages and either finally load or just crash. Or it’ll just crash out of nowhere when you click on things quickly ### 1/5 — App is frustrating *2026-04-23, version 1.0.29* This app keeps quits after a few searches or image saves. Now this asks if 16 or older and then wants you to create an account with Apple ID. Why? What? Huh? I already paid with a CC and now there are new hurdles? Don’t update. And growingly rely on it to pitch and share ideas. Recently the iPad app has started crashing every time I enter a search term. No apparent fix - despite trying literally everything support have suggested to me. I pressed forgot password to reset it and log in to the app. It just keeps saying that it will send me a password in my email and when I checked it and there was nothing there. I even checked my spam and trash to see if maybe it went there and there was nothing. Then I checked every other folder in my Gmail and even searched “ShotDeck” in each one to see if there was anything but there was nothing. I’ve repeated this process over 5 times and nothing has worked, I hope this issue gets resolved soon or in a future update.
