J’étais en liste d’attente depuis avril pour un événement juin. Ma carte a été débitée à 2h du matin alors que l’événement avait déjà commencé depuis plusieurs heures. Résultat : billet inutilisable pour moi. Je n’habite même pas dans la ville de l’événement. Système d’arnaque, : Le billet se revend dans la seconde (sûrement une personne en liste d’attente ayant également enregistré sa carte bancaire). Sauf que entre temps, on est déjà prélevé des frais par rapport au prix original du ticket parce qu’on qu’on étais sur liste d’attente et ensuite des frais de revende. **Developer response:** Hello ! I purchased tickets to a gig in Portugal and was due to fly from Australia however due to a medical emergency I was unable to fly. I requested a refund and provided documentation regarding my situation. Cris and the team dealt with my request promptly and provided a full refund for the tickets. I wish there were more people like Cris in the world and more companies like Shotgun. Thank you so much.
