## What is ShotLog?

The calm way to keep your injections on schedule.

Log a shot in two taps, rotate sites without guessing and follow your dose steps, all in one private app. No account, no servers: everything you enter stays on your iPhone.

WHO IT'S FOR
ShotLog is for anyone who self-injects on a regular schedule prescribed by a doctor: weekly GLP-1 pens, testosterone, biologics, fertility protocols, vitamin shots and more. You enter the medication, dose and rhythm. ShotLog keeps track.

ONE SCREEN, ONE ANSWER
Open the app and see what matters: when the next shot is due, where the last one went and your current dose. No spreadsheets, no sticky notes, no "was it Wednesday or Thursday?"

LOG IN TWO TAPS
Date, dose and site are already filled in. Tap and you're done. Forgot to log? Add an earlier date anytime.

ROTATE SITES WITHOUT GUESSING
A body map shows how long each site has rested, from abdomen quadrants to thighs and arms. ShotLog suggests the site that has rested longest, so you don't have to remember.

FOLLOW YOUR DOSE STEPS
If your prescription raises the dose over time, enter each step and its number of weeks. The current step and dose update by themselves as the weeks go by.

YOUR HISTORY AT A GLANCE
A monthly calendar marks every shot as on plan, shifted or skipped. Tap a day to see the details.

REMINDERS THAT DON'T NAG
A heads-up the day before, a reminder on the day and a gentle repeat if you haven't logged. Missed a dose or paused your course? ShotLog adjusts without judgment. What to do next is a conversation for you and your doctor.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account, no sign-up, no servers
• Your data stays on your iPhone. We never see it
• No ads, no tracking, no analytics on your health data
• Face ID lock, CSV export and delete-all in one tap

FREE AND PRO
Free forever: your course, two-tap logging, history, reminders, Face ID lock and CSV export.
ShotLog Pro adds the site rotation map with next-site suggestion, the dose ladder by weeks and a reminder the day before your dose step changes.

IMPORTANT
ShotLog is a logbook, not medical advice and not a medical device. It does not recommend, calculate or change doses and does not interpret symptoms. Everything in the app is entered by you, as prescribed. Always follow your doctor's instructions and talk to your healthcare provider before changing your treatment.
