I like the app. But the location I order from has shown that they’re out of falafel and other menu items for months when they’re not actually out of any of these. Also, you can only use your rewards on the app. There’s no code or scan option available. So I have all of these rewards points that I can’t use since the app is incorrectly saying they’re out of menu items. Frustrating

I love Shouk and I usually use the app to order ahead but it would be super helpful if you could add support for Apple Pay. It would make it much easier to quickly order on the go.

I would give it 5 stars if you could add a tip with the app. The staff at Mt Vernon Triangle is so kind, patient, and has always helped me out if there was a mistake to my order. They deserve 5 stars and a tipping feature!

I hate giving my credit card number out everywhere, so the only food I order online is apps that offer Apple Pay. Love Shouk! Would love to order more often!
