We use voice recognition, so no typing - and that means Shout About is perfect for all ages. 2 players can play on 1 device, and with our Local Network Play, any number of devices can join the game so... 3 players - sure, 6 players, yep... 100 players? Most bad reviews scored low because the speech recognition didn’t work their end. I have an iPhone SE 2020, and it works every time. The game is fun and can’t wait to play it after a couple drinks with some friends. I miss the good old days where apps were 99p and didn’t require you to sign up to a subscription agreement in blood, or pay through the teeth for “gems” to progress. I’d highly recommend this game, because it’s fun, functional and cheap. ### 3/5 — Good family fun, but limited picture set *2020-05-18, version 1.2* Adults and children will enjoy this, but after a short while the picture set becomes all too familiar. We have tried everything and it still isn’t picking up our voices. Also, the lowest volume setting is still really very loud. Given this two stars instead of one, even though it doesn’t work, because I can see that the premise is a good one! (Using iPhone) ### 1/5 — Very bad *2020-04-15, version 1.1* At first, it was good but then it didn’t pick up any of the words I said. It was very frustrating and the drawings are terrible. They should tell us the answer of the drawing if no one can get it at the end and no one should get a point. Overall, it was the worst game in the world but they had a very good game idea. If they fixed lots of things then it MIGHT be decent. Sadly, I will not recommend this to anyone. I wish that I could give it zero stars.
