I never deleted the app, didn’t even download any update for it recently. Would’ve given it more benefit of the doubt if this didn’t seem like a common issue, looking at other reviews. I new when I was dying in the first five minutes I was in for something special lol. I think the game would be more fair if everything moved as you moved but I respect the devs choice to keep it moving. I appreciate that I don’t feel like automatically uninstalling and instead plan to figure out how to brave these tough levels. I’m unable to start the game because of this, and even signing back into my Netflix account doesn’t work. But I have lost all of my save data TWICE. The first time I was obviously discouraged, but I liked the game too much I said whatever I’ll just get it back, I got all the characters again, beat the game with a bunch of the characters, and unlocked the classic colors for shovel knight. I was trying to unlock the classic colors for treasure knight, I died, and I closed the game because I was like whatever I’ll play later, I log back in, the screen was pitch black with a little loading thing, it took a long time, so I just closed the game. Loaded back in, all my stuff was gone.
