Just a few things aren’t right... Pandora won’t connect, functions won’t stay consistent with the music, it always goes back to default “8”. On IHeartRadio, it takes longer than it should to select local stations. The loading/success thing gets pretty annoying after awhile. I would like to have the “favorite” option in Iheart to be added. I would recommend this app once the issues that I and other people have are solved. ### 1/5 — PRIVACY *2018-06-17* I have privacy concerns as far as them wanting to know your password to your Wi-Fi. Once your password is turned over they have access to all your information on all your devices because of the password to your router. It’s too risky for me to turn that information over. They shouldn’t have to have your password, they automatically recognize your Wi-Fi by name after downloading the app. As great as this app is, which I’ve witnessed on someone else’s device, I just can’t gamble and take that chance. ### 3/5 — Not bad, not great. DON’T BUY A SHOWBOX!!!! ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2017-12-02* When the ShowBox actually works it’s pretty cool. But the app falls flat on its face. No updates or support for whatsoever. Clearly they do not care about the customer after the sale. Pandora and the other streaming apps do not work within the ShowBox app. Apple Music also does not work. The only way to get any of the apps to work with the ShowBox is to attach a Bluetooth adapter to the line in or physically plug your streaming device in. ### 1/5 — Junk *2017-11-20, version 2.5* I can't even get mine to connect to wifi. No problems connecting to wifi or playing music from either iTunes or I <3 radio (only ones I tried). Timer function worked well; however, it could be better if it could be set to turn on/off at a certain time each day. I was also surprised the sound was pretty loud & quality was decent. I did have a little trouble with static & the connection with my iPhone using the aux cord supplied in the box but since the wifi worked out it isn't that big of an issue. I would probably upgrade that aux cord if I wasn't using the wifi. ### 5/5 — OMG what a suprise!!!!!!! *2015-11-23* I never leave reviews but i left one a week or so ago saying that i loved my show box from last Christmas season. I finally took it out from the attic connected a few strands just to see if it still worked. Since i originally downloaded this app last christmas i had to update and boy was i in for a suprise. I took a few tries to sync to my wifi but when i did Omg this works with Radio stations now im in love!!!!!!!!! You have really tweaked my show box Thank You!!!!! Sooooo much better then last year! ### 5/5 — Amazing System and App *2015-11-11* Just bought the system itself today and started playing with it immediately when I got home. The app is straight forward and I can simply search for a song and play it. The lights play in amazing rhythm to the songs of all types from punk to k-pop. Love this app! I was slightly worried with the low ratings but I haven't had problems with it.
