I could see if I had the low end NY ID, but this is the new enhanced version. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t even work *2023-07-30* This app is really popular around the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri but it honestly doesn’t work. I’ve known people with fakes that get the green light and people with out of state legitimate ID’s that get an alert along the lines of “possible fraudulent ID.” It’s bad that the only purpose of the app is to scan ID’s to dictate whether they are real or not and it can’t even do it. If you run a business and have your employees use this app, it will lose you money from honest customers. Find another app ### 1/5 — Personal Information Collection Scam *2022-07-08* This App did not work properly. It might be more a ploy to entice unsuspecting users to disclose their Real Id information into a database. Also be it known that Missouri contracts their License Bureau ID fabrication out to third parties that are most likely infiltrated by malicious entity similar to Hollywood Fraudsters running Non Profits and passing Counterfeit Money in Tourist areas that is clearly marked as Entertainment Funny Money. ### 1/5 — Not Legitimate *2022-07-03* I am 25 years old. I went to a gas station last night to buy alcohol. The worker used this app to scan my ID twice. It is a legitimate government issued driver’s license for the state I live in. My real 25 year old ID came across as fake. This shouldn’t be advertised or used as a scanning tool unless it’s more accurate. I’m A bartender in downtown Kansas City and we have a lot of underage kids come in and try to order. so I downloaded this app to scan IDs faster and easier. I tried it on my own ID as well as other bartenders who are clearly of age and it came up with “possible fake” and “serve with caution.” So I would not trust this app with your job on the line as many bartenders and bouncers do. ### 1/5 — Awful *2022-01-02* This does not work😂 I scanned my friends fake ID multiple times and it passed every single time and their ID is AWFUL. People are saying this is kids trying to deter bouncers from using it, but honestly if bouncers did use it a 6 year old would get in. ## Most praised reviews (8 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Works Great on CA IDs *2024-01-31* I read all the bad reviews of it saying an ID is fake when it’s not. I’ve check it with several California Drivers License’s and they all showed correctly. I’m wondering if it just doesn’t have the database to support all types of ID? ### 5/5 — Works well. *2021-10-04* I bartend in a large college town, and don’t have time to inspect every DL that close. I have confiscated numerous fakes using this app, and would recommend it to other bartenders/bouncers. ### 5/5 — Works. *2021-07-14* KC bartender here- All the bad reviews are from children who’ve had their fakes taken because of this app. We cross checked with black lights, Federal issued ID checking catalogs, and compared to real state ids. This app picks up the fakes 99.9% of the time. The IDs that don’t scan on this app only don’t scan because they’re too fake to even scan at all. This is the one you need. ### 5/5 — Pretty good *2021-06-05* Every 1 star review reads like a kid making up a story to drive down the rating. I've been bouncing for 6 years, caught thousands of fakes on my eyes alone, hundreds of which I've kept for training staff. I don't trust scanners, and every scanner on the App Store has failed to catch most if not all of the fakes in my possession. This is the first app to catch every single one, and did not false positive on my real RI, or my friend's real CT ID. I'll update this review if I catch a false positive (I'll know), or if a fake id normally catch off sight scans as real (I'll know as well). 100% recommend experimenting with it at least if you're a doorman. ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2021-05-22* I work a door in KC and this app catches almost every fake in question (if scanable). There are a handful of legitimate state IDs it doesn’t work for (mainly New York), but outside of that it’s great. ### 5/5 — The app does work. The other people are lying underage kids *2021-05-08* The app does work. I’ve used it and caught many fake ids. I then use a black light after the check to verify it is real or fake. These people don’t know what they are looking for. ### 4/5 — Worked for my MO License *2024-02-04* I’m interested to experiment further with this app. It worked correctly for my MO Drivers License-provided my full name, date of birth, current age and approved me for alcohol and tobacco (I’m 50.) It was very easy to use and is easily read. I don’t think any app or scanner should be 100% trusted if your gut or the little off nuances were trained to look for tells you it’s fake but I will add it to another one of my tools to use to determine accuracy! ### 3/5 — Good, not Great *2021-08-25* I work at a door down in NYC and we always get kids trying to get in.
