I have to exit and reenter. At first, it makes me think the cancellation wasn’t successful. Also, late at night, it says there are “no movies” “Now Playing,” and I have to go to the “Coming Soon” section instead ### 2/5 — Glitches too much *2024-04-26, version 1.3.2* This movie app is too glitchy!!! However, I’m having difficulties as of today where whenever I tried seeing my reservations for the tickets I’ve have (have one for Fast and Furious 9 for this Thursday), or even seeing a new movie, I keep getting this weird message saying “You’re no device change rights left, please contact support”, I have no idea what that means, I’ve been using this phone for a year and had no problems until today. Also, the loading for the movie options take forever, idk if it’s a connection problem, or it’s an issue people are having. The app needed me to check in by 7:30 or I won’t be able to watch the movie so I was trying my best to get to the range so I can check in before 7:30. In the end I missed the range by like 10 seconds and I asked the people at the theatre to let me in because I ordered the tickets online but they told me subscribe cancelled your tickets because you didn’t make it in time. Some other people bought my original seats. I don’t understand why subscribe would cancel my seats just because I didn’t check in before 7:30 due to certain circumstances. Even AMC wouldn’t do such thing as cancelling your tickets that you purchased online due to you being late and putting the tickets on sale. This is such an atrocious behavior so please switch to AMC instead of staying with this disgusting app. ### 1/5 — App stopped working *2023-06-25, version 1.3.0* Subscription is great but app stopped working ### 1/5 — Thieves. *2023-02-08* All is well until there was a pandemic… They charged me for the entire month at the beginning of the month right before they canceled it… then commence, charging me without notifying me later on in the year. If you’re trying to cancel this subscription, they give you the runaround. The contact button on the app no longer works mysteriously. I canceled the card. They went into the records and used the previous card I from years ago. They were charging me for six months on a different card without me realizing it. I wasn’t even using the subscription. I’ve tried redownloading the app and still an error message. So I just donated $38 to showcase and the only way to contact someone is through email. If your buying one ticket, all available gray shaded seats are “unavailable” to select because the default selection is one of the red shaded unavailable seats. No additional fees when you buy a ticket through the their other app. If there is a showcase delux near you, get this service. Movie theaters are the last place where you WANT to put away your phone.
