I have extreme anxiety and OCD(yes I was diagnosed with them) and I would sit there alone with my thoughts I think and think about bad things. So when this app came along this is what keeps me distracted from these thoughts! It distracts me and makes me think hard about some of the things in there. This app has helped me through anxiety attacks. This also has stopped some of my thought by like 35%(just a guess) so if you have anxiety or OCD I recommend getting this app because it does help! And I wonder who sits there enough to come up with these... any way I like the app a lot. I have it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!!
