Working with what’s he’s given(new staff) he did the most to make sure I got my order after 36 hours of getting the run around. Will use home delivery going forward!!! Jeanna Used the service again today. Great customer service but the driver asked me for I.D. No problem but this had been verified before I can placed an order. This was one step that didn’t need to be done, as he was with me longer than necessary as I had to go get my I.D. Ordered on line at 9:00am, was delivered at 2ish...I live 5 minutes away😎😎😎😎😎😎. Business is good ! Jeanna 4/26/20 ### 4/5 — Special days *2020-04-21, version 1.9.5* Using the app works pretty well but responses can’t really be in real time which can be a bit of an issue when the orders for delivery are so high, pun intended. Driver was nice enough to call after my phone didn’t register his text but I wished he would have stayed in his car because that’s safer for us both. I miss the days of Express pick up. Couldn’t that still be used with the current restrictions? Just schedule people no more than 3-5 customers about fifteen minutes apart. Which is great. But they do not have the efficiency to stand by what they claim. I placed an order today at 1230pm. I received 4 phone calls all from different personal phone numbers from “employees” that were trying to fill my order properly because they didn’t have in stock. They claim to have your order delivered in under 4 hours. Mine came closer to 6 hours later. I tried contacting the store to let them know my problems. But their mailbox is full and lines are always busy.... Get your things together or don’t have a sale you can’t keep up with... I’ve spent thousands of dollars in your store, and won’t ever be back!!! ### 1/5 — The store doesn’t honor their own promotions *2020-04-27, version 1.9.5* I received one of many automated text messages starting if you spend over 200 that they include an eighth of their lower thc% stuff. They didn’t include it upon delivery and dispensaries are already charging top dollar for product so I didn’t accept the order. After getting ahold of them she said it must have been from their California location. BS since the text says Las Vegas on it. She then flat out refused to honor it. I’ll never do business with these greedy, greedy people again. No idea how they’re in business the way they head bang people with prices and refuse to honor their own promotions. The app immediately updated to say my delivery reservation is “complete”. It is now Thursday and nothing has changed, no delivery and the app still says my reservation is complete, I tried calling the dispensary directly but their number goes straight to a full mailbox (probably because of the shutdown). I’ve been waiting over 6 hours for my package. At 10 pm I got a text saying it’s just waiting to be dispatched. I live about 5 minutes away. It’s now a little past 12, I got a text saying “thank you for shopping”. But like where’s my order? On the app it has my order as a past order instead of an upcoming order. Just automated stuff can’t reach a human being to find out how this is supposed to be taken care of. And now I see YOU HAVE TO MAKE A PURCHASE of 150$$$$$$ just to get a little herb?? Not cool. I love show grow and have been going there a while now . I know where in desperate times hhhhhhhbut why can’t ShowGrow do what my Vaping store does(I’m not saying names) and just have you order with your card and to go outside to pick up your product? Shouldn’t it be that simple? Why can’t it be the same with showgrow? I do not know but won’t be spending 150 bucks pfff that’s so much weed I don’t even need at once. but regardless I hope the health of the staff is good and that everybody who works there is fine. It’s just they set up a chat thing and no one responds too and pretty much dropped off the planet earth at least in my experience. When all this virus stuff is is over I think I’ll probably find another place to legally purchase. Every bit of info you needed was accessible through the home page, one click. Well, about 2 weeks ago, I was told I needed to download the new app. Seemed a little strange to download a new app instead of just some updates. The app was completely re-done, and what a downgrade it was. I found it annoying that I needed to dig around to find my rewards or past purchases/history. The MOST disappointing, is the menu tab for product is a hit and miss if it works. If you do happen to get the menu section to work, there is no way to filter results, see 7g specials, etc. The last app ShowGrow had was a 10 out of 10, the new one.......3.
