Can’t log in. Can’t paste in!

When attempting to log in upon receiving my pass for pb Glasgow, I selected my email address from the gmail button and then nothing happened. So I selected submit and the app asked me to enter my email address, so I did. It then stated the following:

The account is already associated with a social signup. Please click on forgotten password to proceed.

There doesn’t seem to be anywhere on the screen that says “forgotten password”. 

Please assist.

When I open the app it crashes and sends me straight back to my Home Screen, have tried deleting and re installing and re starting phone but still no change
