## What is ShowingPulse?

ShowingPulse follows up on every showing so you don't have to.

When a buyer's agent opens your Supra lockbox, ShowingPulse emails them a quick feedback form: rank the home, add a comment, about a minute. Reminders go out on a set schedule, and harsh comments are held for your review before your seller sees them.

FOR LISTING AGENTS
• Automatic feedback requests and reminders after every showing
• The buyer funnel: see who ranked your home a favorite, who's still deciding, and who's writing an offer
• Log updates and send them to your seller, the buyer's agent, or both
• Online showing scheduling with a short link for your MLS remarks
• Market comparison: showings per week against similar homes
• Push notifications for new feedback and showing requests

FOR SELLERS
• Your own portal with every showing, feedback and update
• OK showing requests right from your phone

FOR BUYER'S AGENTS
• Leave feedback in about a minute, no account needed
• Book showings online; a free account fills in your details

Works anywhere Supra lockboxes are used. Your team's listings, showings and feedback stay private to your team.
