I am unable to schedule a tour because it keeps going to a black screen where I can doing nothing but close the app. If I manage to schedule a tour online then it doesn’t show up anywhere on the app? Meaning I’m unable to check or change it or cancel it. I will be looking for a different alternative. ### 2/5 — Too many bugs. *2023-04-22* Constantly having to log in. App constantly says update available and takes me to App Store but there is no update available. Very buggy and not user friendly. I picked dates on the calendar for my tours and it rolled it to the next day. This has happened several times. I choose the date I want to tour and then discover that it rolled it to another day. This needs to be fixed immediately. ### 1/5 — Cannot login *2025-06-06* This app is very glitchy. Was not working. Could not log out or log in. Deleted app, redownloaded. Now cannot log in. Select “Sign In” and nothing happens. Terrible app that does not work. ### 1/5 — Not the best *2024-06-21* As a client; Been signed out couple of times. No big deal (for me). 3+ Attempts for feedback haven’t been posted, yet there are multiple attempts on so many showings. Everything is delayed. App needs a lot of work done to work efficiently. Need to schedule correctly and not just an hour for inspections. **Developer response:** This sounds like an issue for our customer support. Rarely accepts my public ID and the few times that I can actually get in. It shows that I have no appointments scheduled even though I do have appointment schedules and I have confirmation emails that their schedule. It’s very embarrassing to be with clients and can’t even use the app. **Developer response:** This sounds like an issue for our customer support. If you haven’t already contacted them, you may do so at support@har.com. ### 1/5 — It would be nice if I can actually log in *2023-05-11* it would’ve been a great tool if it lets me to log in. But it wont. The only way I can use it is to click on the link I received in emails so i can retrieve the showing instructions. **Developer response:** Sorry for this inconvenience. We have fixed the issue. Please update to the latest version on the App Store. ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2023-04-28* The app is not user friendly at all. Constantly have to sign back in. Does not accurately display the number of showings. Sellers should be able to see the realtor that is showing their home and leave feedback on bad realtors. ### 1/5 — Unusable at best *2023-03-29* ShowingTime unfortunately runs circles around this app. Besides the nonfluidity and glitchyness of the app, here are things that need to be fixed / added to be worth anything. - Auto Sign in Feature (Seriously.. no face ID, no pin, just email and password EVERY TIME. And it MIGHT work...) - Make Tours AutoGenerate/Relative to showings requested. (Why do I have to re-enter all the information from showings to Tours that I just requested , to send the client a link?) -Auto Calendar ( Going one by one to each showing to add to calendar is frustrating and adding a Tour to calendar, gives you a massive illegible event with no routes.) -Showings Scheduled start at the Beggining of the month ; instead of vice versa ( More important to see whats for today and tomorrow, than yesterday and last week; don't ya think?) -No Push notification settings. (We already get spammed with texts and emails as agents, a simple in app notification from ShowingSmart would eliminate confusion; especially when showing 5+ homes in a day) -FAQ's takes you to HARConnect , which is a blog for market updates, doesn't have a single question on it - No Filtering Options / Customization makes app bland and difficult to maneuver. ### 1/5 — Never can log in *2023-03-03* App never recognizes my ID. Would suggest making it easier to log showings on your own listings by another agent. I find it hard to locate on the mobile version. ### 5/5 — Not complete *2023-03-22* I don’t know why HAR launched this app when it does t have all the functioned needed to work effectively. Lacking so much stuff it’s not worth using. ### 4/5 — IT’s Great but. *2022-11-27* this is way better than going to the web base, however, I wish they could implement a way so that when we request a showing it will also show on the tour for us to add and round it accordingly. ### 3/5 — When it’s good *2025-12-16* When the app works, it’s really good. However, it does seem to glitch out often. Am a client, and although I can login on the website, I haven’t been able to login on the app in over a week. Using the same credentials as I use to log into the website, the app says incorrect email/password. Had this issue before, but it only lasted a couple days. ### 2/5 — Good when works… *2025-10-14* This app is great when it works. Unfortunately it logs me out all the time and won’t let me log back in at this point. It doesn’t recognize me as an agent, and it doesn’t let me log out and log back in. When I try to log out now, it just says “we are sorry. “ and doesn’t even give me an option to get logged back in. So frustrating. I can’t see my listings through iOS at all anymore, a total waste of a mobile app. I thought maybe it needed an update and that’s why I’m here, but there’s no update available. ### 2/5 — More complicated than it should be *2025-04-02, version 1.4.21* Every time I get a new listing I have to do it in a different way, either through my mobile app, through the phone web browser or to a computer we browser. Each time gives a different error code or nothing happens. Which they would fix this! ### 2/5 — Always logs out can’t get back in *2024-03-14* Every time I try to use this app my account is logged out and there is not a way for me to log back in. I have to delete the app and redownload it every single time. **Developer response:** This sounds like an issue for our customer support. If you haven’t already contacted them, you may do so at support@har.com. ### 2/5 — Client features lacking *2023-08-18* As the client (not the agent), I don’t see a way to Confirm or propose new time for a showing in the app. Also, showings for the current day show in the archive/report instead of Upcoming. Seems like a date/time bug. Viewing past showings works alright. **Developer response:** This sounds like an issue for our customer support. If you haven’t already contacted them, you may do so at support@har.com. ### 2/5 — Good alerts, app needs work *2023-06-11* App is very slow to refresh. No manual refresh unless you stop the app and relaunch. Upcoming showing do not reliably appear in the Upcoming Appointments screen; we have two this afternoon and they are not there, they are shown at the bottom of the Showings Report screen. Numbers shown on appoints are misleading; they appear to include cancelled and rescheduled appointments. Numbers of feedback on Feedback screen do not match number of responses, which appear to be correctly respresented in graphs. Bottom line is that this is a sloppily designed app. Having said that, the phone and text alerts work very well. By adding the appointments to our calendar is the only way we as sellers can keep up with a large number of showings. **Developer response:** Sorry for this inconvenience. We have fixed the issue.
