You can’t type because it freezes, it gets stuck and will not move forward. Now for the past a few months I am having constant issues , I can not confirm the requested showings from the App on my phone , I miss opportunities to bring potential buyers to my listings . I have to click on Schedule a showing 8-10 times before it finally works. This app is horrid and still is after a few years of consistent issues. Keeps showing notifications even when I don’t have any. I’ve removed and RE downloaded the app, restarted my phone, shut the app multiple times. Maddening! Also need to make rescheduling appointments more seamless process that doesn’t confuse owners. ### 1/5 — Constantly Requires a Restart *2025-07-31, version 3.3.0* If I have the app open and I try to go back to back to it, it just goes to the loading screen. It never loads. In order to make it work, I have to manually close the application and open it again. It’s tedious. You never find out who the agent is. These inconsiderate agents should be able to be blocked. We take great pride in preparing our house for a showing. We cancel our plans- even the important dog training class I won’t get back. I’m done with this app. I’m telling my agent that from now on they need to book through her. This happens because ShowingTime does not support iCloud Keychain autofill properly. Typing them in is a problem because the field is blocked by the keyboard. I am complaining bitterly to my agent’s office. Even it doesn’t know if it’s going to work or not. This app is required by my job and causes me endless frustration. Thanks developers! ### 5/5 — Had my doubts *2020-02-20, version 2.7.3* I had my doubts when this rolled out. Heard a lot of negative feedback but I decided to give it a try. So far I am loving it! It’s been easy to book showings for my buyers and my listings. I get a way better response rate for feedback. I can forward the feedback and viewing details to my clients easily and I can sync everything with my calendar and maps. I’ve heard of glitches and crashes but so far haven’t experienced any problems. I’m sure the realtors are losing sales but it is their fault, if they are to lazy to take on phone ### 5/5 — My BFF, next to my realtor *2018-09-13* We listed our house on a Friday and had 15 showings in 8 days. I don’t even want to think what it would be like if a realtor had to call my realtor and my realtor had to call me, or if we needed a time change.... I work all day. I can’t answer phone calls. This was PERFECT. I’d receive a notification of a request, and just click Confirm. I could suggest time changes, cancel showings, and get feedback from other realtors. And I had a easy reference to see when someone was viewing the house so I’d be away. I love this. I sang the praises to my realtor. Realtors, use this. My only complaint was that most realtors showing the property didn’t use the feedback option or “showing complete” notification option. One more tiny complaint, you have to use two notification options between text, email and app notification. I would prefer to just use one. ### 5/5 — Organized! *2018-08-28* As a Broker with 30 years of experience I will say that this is the best, most organized tool for organizing showings to a Buyer and as a listing agent, I have everything right in front of me. My Sellers are overall happy with the scheduling and they love the feedback. I’ve never had an ounce of trouble with it! I was reading some of the poor reviews prior individuals wrote and I will say that the majority of issues with this or any process is most always the “user” who is challenged.
