The biggest update yet, built around your day in the field.

• Confirm from the notification. New showing requests now have a Confirm button right on the notification. Long press, tap Confirm, done. Your client gets their confirmation instantly and you never opened the app.

• Optimize your route. Two or more showings today? Tap Optimize Route on your home screen to see your stops in the best driving order, then send the whole route to Google Maps in one tap.

• Close listings from your phone. Change any property's status from its detail page, including Sold and Rented. Showly asks which client became the renter or buyer so your conversion stats stay sharp, and your owner automatically receives the branded wrap-up email.

• Know when owners read your reports. Get a push the moment an owner opens a report you sent, so you can follow up while they are looking. Manage it in Settings.

• Plus a big round of fixes: addresses and photos on teammate showings, report conversations on team listings, owner names on properties, a team-wide booking picker, and more dependable push notifications.

Booking now respects your working hours more reliably. When you book a
showing for a property that has its own hours set, you can choose to
use your full availability instead. Plus bug fixes and improvements.

See your whole team, right from your phone. A new Mine/Team toggle on your Overview and Calendar lets you switch between your own showings and the entire team's. In Team view the calendar color-codes every agent, so you can see who's showing what at a glance, and you can tap a name to focus on just their day. Your Overview totals and today's breakdown cover the whole team too. Everyone still manages their own showings; teammates' appointments are there to see, not change.

Plus: reschedule showings without leaving your calendar. Hold and drag an appointment to a new time on the Day view, and drag to the left or right edge to move it to another day. Prefer a form? Every showing detail now has a Reschedule button with a quick date and time picker. Your client and seller are notified of the new time automatically, with the old time shown so nothing gets confusing.
