The “ forgot password “ option does not work. ### 1/5 — Tickets *2026-05-08, version 8.0.0* The tickets are not in the app anymore. Not sure why you change your design and you don’t need to. If you’re gonna change it at least add stuff to it. Can’t save a card, reward are deeply broken, and the purchased QR page is cut off bc the poster image is too big. Can’t even scan rewards number at checkout with staff so they have to manually type number in. How do I get my tickets to check in to the movie? ### 3/5 — New update missing features *2026-05-13, version 8.0.0* The new update makes the app slightly worse. The older version had a sign in button on a menu, but now the sign in is hidden all the way until you buy tickets. Even then, it wont let me sign in. And they have 2 buttons to open the menu, one on the bottom tight and one on the top left when just one is more than enough. I know im just one person that uses the app, but if they can just add a sign in feature to the home page or the menu, I will change to 5 stars in a heartbeat. ### 3/5 — Payment options *2021-05-31, version 2.27.0* Apple Pay would be a great feature to add to the app. It would make the convince fee a little more worth it. ### 3/5 — Ticket purchase *2019-12-26, version 2.27.0* I get no email confirmation and my purchases do not show on my other devices. ### 4/5 — Where is the Spider-Man no way home tickets *2021-11-29, version 5.10.0* No complaints besides staying up till 12 am for tickets for Spider-Man no way home for them not to show up. ### 5/5 — Quick and easy *2019-12-30, version 2.27.0* I love not worrying about finding 6 seats together at movie time!
