I need to return it but the app is still saying it’s been processed for delivery and nearly a month later I still can not return it. If you checkout with the shop app all purchase history and credits don’t update on the app with your email address. The new version of the app, however, will not save my wishlist, which wastes a lot of time. I’ve saved numerous items to my wishlist (validated at the time that they saved), but upon next log-in I get “your wishlist is empty” I do confirm that I’m logged into my account before shopping & have tried multiple times now. But if you try to view your orders or return anything you’ll be stuck on the loading screen, and it will never load. Also no actually customer service for their general customers exists for this company, only automatic/computer bot chats and emails. I’m not calling Showpo a scam but it comes pretty close. ### 1/5 — Do not shop here *2025-03-18, version 2.202510.7510* I had made an order, payment was processed successfully, yet 3 days later when I went to check the status of my order I see it was cancelled. Contact Showpo and was informed that this was a "technical error". From there, I was provided no help or explanation as to why. Ordered this outfit for a vacation and with their lack of communication, I am now scrambling to find another option. Will never be ordering from them again. Sad. Message from representative: "We’d like to confirm that we have received your payment. Sadly, it appears that a technical error has prevented your order from successfully syncing into our system. We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience. As the order was not processed successfully, a refund has been provided which should be reflected in your account within 3–5 business days. If you would still like to receive the items, we kindly ask that you place a new order through our website. Once again, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding" ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2025-03-12, version 2.202510.7510* The app doesn’t work when it comes to getting refunds and returns then customer service refuses to help in a timely manner and you’ll miss the return window. I had to return it at my own expense. It is a very long winded process. Anytime I check the orders tab it gives me a loading page and then times out saying invalid token access? The app says my order has been “completed”. It has not been delivered. The tracking link doesn’t work. It redirects to a blank page that says to contact the company!!?? ### 1/5 — Fix the app *2026-01-14* Update: despite updates the app is still broken, same issues as below. I was told to use their website instead to mitigate the issues which is just ridiculous for an e-commerce business. If you have an app and it has issues, FIX THEM. This app has been broken for MONTHS. It makes for an extremely frustrating shopping experience. These are the problems: - I can't access my og wishlist most of the time (it will show there's a wishlist with items in it but then will say it's empty when I click) - When I try to unfavourite items from the og (broken) wishlist an error occurs and the heart becomes greyed out which means... - I can't add those items to my Collections folders which are the only lists I actually can access and also... - I keep getting more and more 'All' folders every time I create a new Collection and I can't delete any of them! - I also can't use Apple Pay or Paypal in the app You launch a rebrand but still don't iron out the kinks?! PayPal and Apple Pay refund method don’t work. Forget about getting your money back, because it’s near impossible to submit a return. Not sure if this a deliberate tactic by this company to make returns near impossible. They received the returned item back, but my store credit has never showed up in my account. I have contacted their support for 6 months who have been 0 help and they say it is a technical issue and I have to wait for them to fix it to see my refund. Well it’s been almost a year, so seems like they’re just scamming me of my money and violating their own return policies. Like other reviews I was promised a discount and never received it. I used the chat to find out about it and felt the customer service rep was condescending. (I was told I wasn’t eligible for that discount for whatever reason - despite showing them screenshots from ShowPo) I finally found the code, without their help, while digging through my store profile. I then tried to return a dress and was not able to select a return method which was odd. Again i contacted the chat and the customer service rep took 10mins+ or more between replies. Again i felt the tone was condescending. After a frustrating back and forth where they were getting me to clear cache and asking me to use a different browser, they eventually told me that I had missed the returns window so the system can’t process it. WELL… The system shouldn’t let customers go through the returns process and then leave absolutely no explanation why they can’t go through with the return.
