## What is Shpper?

Shpper connects people who want something from abroad with travellers who are already flying there. You post what you want, a traveller buys it and brings it back, and Shpper delivers it to your door. Travellers earn on trips they were taking anyway.

FOR BUYERS
• Ask for products you can't get at home: paste a link or describe what you need.
• Get offers from travellers, compare them, and chat before you agree. Share photos, links and questions in the app.
• Send a request to just one traveller as a private deal.
• Pay safely in the app. Your payment is held by Shpper, and the traveller is paid only after they hand your item over.
• When the traveller lands, they hand your item to Shpper, and we deliver it to your door. Follow every step on the order timeline.
• In a hurry? High Priority sends your request to travellers who are flying back soon.
• Can't find it anywhere? Our Concierge team can source it for you.

FOR TRAVELLERS
• Post your trip and see requests that match your route.
• Make offers, chat with buyers and run every order from your Cockpit.
• Keep notes, photos, spending and a currency calculator for each order in your private Workspace.
• Hand the item to Shpper after you land. We take care of the delivery.
• Your earnings go to your Shpper wallet, and you can withdraw them.
• See every route you've flown on your Travel Journal, a 3D globe you can share.

REWARDS
Buyers earn Points and travellers earn Miles, and both climb through Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.

eSIM FOR YOUR TRIP
Buy mobile data for 190+ countries inside the app, see how much you have left, and turn on auto-renewal to top up before your data runs out.

SAFE AND SUPPORTED
• Ratings and reviews after every order
• Verified badges for members who have confirmed their identity
• Support tickets and refund requests, right in the app

APPLE WATCH
Your order status, next flight and wallet on your wrist. Read your chats and reply, rate delivered orders, check your eSIM data, and add Shpper to your watch face.

ALSO
• English and Arabic
• Home Screen widgets for your order, next trip, wallet and eSIM, plus shortcuts to start an order or add a trip
• A Lock Screen widget for your next flight

### 5/5 — A Game-Changer for International Shopping

*2026-06-21*

As someone who often needs to buy unique products from abroad, this app made it seamless. I created an account, and now I can get items delivered right to me, even if they’re not available locally. Highly recommend!

**Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Your kind words encourage us greatly. Happy shopping!

### 1/5 — Shoppers run the business and still get charged almost half

*2026-06-17, version 13.4.3*

I am a traveler (shopper) on the app. I go through the hassle of shopping in my free time and transporting products from country to another and now they charge a fee of 23% from every order from my small commission.

### 1/5 — 23% service fee to travelers

*2026-06-17, version 13.4.3*

It is outrageous that on an app where travelers who go shop goods for shpper customers for a 10 euro commission have to still be charged 23% deduction from the commission 😂 ridiculous. Even airbnb charges hosts 3%. Now shpper goes directly to 23%. I wanted to support this concept but i will not do any more orders. Look for shoppers to run your business for 8 euros commission to buy and transport goods from country to another.

### 5/5 — First time usage.

*2026-06-03, version 13.2.5*

I cannot express how helpful and amazing this app is. I needed an item from a country that I could not physically go. The product got delivered to my doorstep. Amazing customer service as well. 10/10

### 5/5 — موقع رائع

### 5/5 — Best app

*2026-05-20, version 13.2.1*

Right now this is my favorite app ! I really love the idea behind this app, it’s so helpful and convenient. I used to travel just to get the things I wanted, but now this app made everything so much easier for me. I’m genuinely happy that a platform like this exists. Keep it up

### 1/5 — لم يعجبني

*2026-05-10, version 13.2.1*

### 1/5 — STEALS YOUR DATA

*2026-02-26, version 13.1.4*

This app requests access to sooooo much data on your phone, and it uses so much or your data in the background 😡🤬

### 5/5 — What a great app!

*2026-02-18, version 13.1.2*

Super easy and convenient to use, a stellar idea!

### 14.3.1 — 2026-09-18

TRAVEL JOURNAL

Every trip you've made as a Shpper traveller, drawn on a 3D globe you can spin. See your flights, the countries, cities and continents you've reached, the distance you've covered and your time in the skies, for the last 12 months or since your first trip. Tap any route to open that flight, then share your travel map with friends. You'll find it on your profile.

ORDER WORKSPACE

Travellers get a private workspace on every order: notes and photos, what you've spent, a checklist you can add your own tasks to, and a currency converter that works as a calculator. The buyer never sees it.

SHPPER ON APPLE WATCH

Your order's status, your next flight and your wallet, on your wrist. Read your chats and reply by text, rate orders once they're delivered, and check how much eSIM data you have left. Add Shpper to your watch face or the Smart Stack. Everything comes from your iPhone, so there's nothing to sign in to, and your details stay hidden when your wrist is down.

eSIM, REDESIGNED

All your active packages in one place, with the data left on each at a glance. Turn on auto-renewal as you buy, and your package renews from your wallet before the data runs out. Alerts now name the package you're actually using, sale prices show on the plan itself, and a new eSIM widget keeps your data on your Home Screen.

NEW PROFILES

Your profile and everyone else's have a new, clearer design: who they are, their username, their followers and their record on Shpper, at a glance. And a request or trip that's no longer available now takes you to its owner's profile, with a button to chat, instead of a dead end.

AT HOME ON EVERY SCREEN

Shpper now makes proper use of iPad, with more columns where there's room, and holds together on the smallest iPhone and at the largest text sizes. Screens across the app were reworked so nothing is cut off or squeezed.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Paying with your wallet and a card together has a new, clearer screen. Asking for a refund opens a full page instead of a small pop-up.

IN ARABIC

Country, city and currency names now read correctly, @usernames appear the right way round, and wording across the app is shorter and clearer in both languages.

ALSO IN THIS RELEASE

High Priority requests reach more travellers, and the Cockpit now counts active orders in your earnings. My Tickets has moved to the More page. Trips have fresh city photos. Signing out no longer closes the app. Plus many smaller fixes.
