I emailed through the app asking a question on Sunday about an order I received a couple weeks ago. Wednesday I received a brief and absolutely not helpful, reply. I didn’t even have a problem… I was merely asking for help with how to consume one of their products. Disappointing and tells me that I’ll be spending my money elsewhere. **Developer response:** We’re really sorry to hear that your experience didn’t match the level of service we aim to provide—that’s never our intention.
