When Terms of Service page appeared the “accept” button would not work. Only the “Decline” button removed the screen. When attempting to purchase bags by clicking the “Purchase More Bags” button a screen appeared with words “Use discount codes at time of purchase” with nothing else on screen. No apparent way to purchase any bags. So app was completely useless at this point. When contacting Support through the app I never received a response from “Brooks”. Not even a “Hello, be with you in a minute” or similar response. Nothing but crickets.
