Shredmill app is a terrific complement to the shredmill.
I have had shredmill since 2018. This app allows me to take my speed training to the next level with graphing functions, assessments and record keeping. This will be a tremendous value to me and my athletes.

Im not even an athlete but i wanted to challenge myself to see if the Shredmill could really make me faster. 

I have been blown away with this app and the company in general. Amazing training.
