I heard of this app today and I am surprised as to how easy it is to use for a non-millennial like me.  Kudos to Diego Traxler, the developer of the app…and I can imagine that future updates will even make it much better.  It connects seamlessly to my Apple activity app.  I now have a goal of getting to SHREDDING to healthier weight in the next  4 months!  So far, everything is AWESOME…

One of the best apps to use. It can be confusing at first to understand but it helps with anything with weight loss and more!
