Overall application is good and working properly but many times it is not working after entering otp the login page is stuck

Network is working properly on all other applications still this error shows.

Unable to connect the app to the internet. I have tried mobile data as well as Wi-Fi and even tried reinstalling the app. But it says unable to connect to Internet or check update on AppStore.
