It shouldn’t take 3-4 to fix those bugs! ### 2/5 — Hate the mobile app check deposit *2019-06-30* The mobile app has a great feature of depositing checks from anywhere. We used to be able to line up the camera and take the pictures ourselves. Now you don’t have control of the camera and you have to hold incredibly still for the camera to automatically take a picture. If anyone has the slightest twitch or hand shake they are unable to use this program. The camera is super sensitive and takes too long to count down and take the picture. Users should be able to have control over the camera ### 2/5 — A little tricky to use *2015-09-15* I found it difficult to get the check to fit the frame without being too far away. I had to retake several times and am still not confident it worked. I guess I'll know when I see the deposit or hear otherwise. ### 2/5 — mobile check deposit crashes the app every time *2013-12-06* This is a great app for keepign track of my account balances, but every time I try to use the mobile check deposit, as soon as I snap the first picture the app crashes. It's nice to have this app with me wherever I go. My only suggestion would be the online check cashing. The regularity with which I get a message that the back of the check is a different size than the front makes it very frustrating to use. I have had to retake the back 10 or more times.
