My disappointment with the app is that we’ve gone three times in a 7 day period. The first time I tried using the app to enter earned rewards it acted as though it took it but no points showed up. I tried scanning QR code and manually enter receipt number it said oops cannot use twice. I emailed Shrimp Basket several times about issue but no response. Also when you download app you’re supposed to get a free “starter” but there was no offer in the app to use. Went a second time to eat and the app worked and earned 25 points. We went a third time the next day and when I scan the QR code of the receipt it gave the oops error. Tried manually entering number and got the oops error. I guess don’t count on earning points every time it’s a hit and miss. Also very disappointed with customer service. Never got or ask me for a refill on my drink. Never brought me my check. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes I had to go up to the counter and ask for my check before I just walked out.
