## What is Shrimping?

Shrimping is a playful posture tracker that uses the motion sensors in your AirPods to detect when you're slouching — and nudges you to sit up straight.

HOW IT WORKS
Pop in your AirPods and calibrate your "straight back" position. Shrimping continuously monitors your head tilt and measures how much you're curling forward. When you slouch past your threshold for too long, you'll get a friendly (but firm) alert to uncurl.

THE SHRIMP MASCOT
A cute shrimp on your screen curls in real time to match your posture. Sitting straight? Happy shrimp. Slouching? Full crustacean mode.

SMART ALERTS
Set your own curl threshold and hold time. Quick coffee reach? Doesn't count. Sustained slouching? Time for an intervention. Get alerts with funny rotating messages like "Your spine just filed a formal complaint."

DETAILED STATS
Track your posture throughout the day with hourly breakdowns, weekly trends, and yearly summaries. Drill into any time block to see minute-by-minute detail.

RUNS IN THE BACKGROUND
Start a session and go about your day. Shrimping keeps monitoring your posture even when the app isn't on screen. You'll get push notifications when you need to uncurl.

HOME SCREEN WIDGETS
Add small or medium widgets to see your posture stats at a glance — connection status, session progress, and daily percentages.
