## What is Shromu?

Shromu is next-generation quiet hunting: a mushroom radar and yield heatmap so you fill baskets — not kilometres on foot.

Don’t search blind — trust the forecast.

• Forest maps for Europe, the Caucasus, Türkiye, Korea, the USA, Canada, Latin America, Australia and New Zealand

• Offline maps in the woods — no account, no signal required

SHROMU PRO

• Weekend and 7-day map horizons
• 7-day forecast for a dropped pin
• Flush alerts for saved spots

Languages (in-app): English, Ukrainian, Polish, Czech, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Slovak, Hungarian (Settings).

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5.3 — 2026-10-15

Mushrooms now have their real names in your language — search “Prawdziwek”, “Níscalo” or “Steinpilz” and find them. Species cards warn about deadly lookalikes, like Galerina next to honey fungus or death cap next to field mushrooms. New: the app in Slovak and Hungarian, 11 more species (Caesar's mushroom, matsutake, Pacific chanterelle, yellow morel…), forest maps for Japan, Colombia and Mexico, and better forecasts in mountains and in hot, dry spells.

Bug fixes: Foraging regions now lists every country with a forest map — Europe first, plus Asia, the USA & Canada and Latin America.

### 1.5.1 — 2026-10-10

Fixed: mushroom hexes now appear right after you download a forest map, no restart needed. If a map can’t download, you’ll see a clear message. Forest maps, including Ukraine, now download in Settings → Forest maps, and every file is integrity-checked. New maps: Georgia, Armenia, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Cyprus, Kosovo, Costa Rica and Guatemala.

### 1.5 — 2026-09-25

Forest packs are opt-in. Download the woods you walk — Ukraine ships in the app, but nothing is preloaded. The map tells you to install a region. Same rule: conditions, not a basket.

### 1.4 — 2026-09-17

Forest packs are opt-in. Download the woods you walk — Ukraine ships in the app, but nothing is preloaded. The map tells you to install a region. Same rule: conditions, not a basket.

### 1.3 — 2026-09-10

Map that stays put while you pan. PRO adds a Home Screen flush-chance widget, yearly plan, and clearer paywall. Broader App Store languages. Same rule: conditions, not a basket.
