They will take your money and run away. Can’t get a hold of them after you pay them. Non existent customer service. Products don’t work, app doesn’t work, total scam!! ### 1/5 — Really is a scam *2025-08-23* It requires an internet connection and bluetooth to work. I can’t do anything with it because it just gives an internet error (while I write this review) No warranty, refunds - just a broken product. ### 1/5 — No support *2025-08-17* Received 2 units and they only sent one pod for both. I have attempted to contact them via the app messenger and email and can only get the AI assistant to answer which is no help. Have tried to order more pods with the credits i paid for and it tells me that they can’t ship to my address but uses up one of the credits anyway. I have done a reset but the app won’t recognize me or my login anymore. I have reached out to customer service but received no response.
