## What is Shuffle Music Bingo?

Shuffle Bingo uses your choice of music to build bingo cards for the game. Songs can be logically edited to pinpoint the hook of each song or create Beat The Intro or Name That Tune quizzes. Alternatively use your own choice of default duration for unedited songs. Games can be created in moments.

Instead of numbers, your cards will contain a random selection of songs from your chosen playlist.

When you play the game, songs will play randomly using shuffle mode.

Choose a new playlist or a saved game each time to suit the players whether it’s children, family, friends or guests.

Cards are printed to an acrobat PDF to print locally or share remotely.

A different game every time, if you wish.

Please note that an active subscription to Apple Music is required to enable the provision of essential metadata that is required for the App to function. There is a more complete explanation at www.shufflebingo.com/announcement.pdf .

### 1/5 — Start game just spins

*2026-05-12, version 3.2.4*

Can’t get the game started. Been spinning for 2 hours

### 5/5 — Brilliant

*2026-03-30, version 3.2.4*

Easy to use and fun to play. A different slant on the normal Bingo game. Sing-a-long happy game of chance. Not a quiz so no competition just enjoy singing.

### 1/5 — This does not work

*2026-03-29, version 3.2.4*

This app wants to take your money without an explanation as to what you are getting. It is not at all user friendly on Mac and the buttons that should provide links to settings and subscription do not work. I have been ripped off

### 4/5 — Works well after emailing support

*2026-02-15, version 3.2.3*

Updated: I initially tried using the app based on my existing Apple iTunes playlists and had lots of problems. After an exchange of emails with support, I found that Apple had disabled iTunes support and thus only allowed actual playlists created using an Apple Music subscription. I decided to give it another try using a playlist with an Apple Music subscription. The issues that I experienced went away. The app works well. So for future reference, I think it’s fair to say that the app requires an Apple Music subscription. Thanks to the Shuffle team for the clarity and explanation.

### 5/5 — Fun bar game

*2026-01-28, version 3.2.1*

I use this app regularly at local bars and restaurants. Easy to use and efficient controls keeping it simple and fun for everyone.

### 3/5 — Patiently Waiting

*2025-12-04*

I saw from a review a year ago that Spotify was something being worked on. I however do not see any option for that. Wondering if it is real or am I forced to license Apple Music. (I really don’t want to copy all my songs on to my iPad).

**Developer response:** We developed the code to support Spotify at the start of the year, similar to the support for Apple Music. However, when we approached Spotify to enable the code to go live, they blocked it because they do not allow their platform to be used for games. Therefore, I'm afraid we can only support Apple Music.

I can add that we have also enhanced the game to use Apple MusicKit instead of MediaKit that has made a significant improvement to the App's functionality and interface.

Please see https://www.shufflebingo.com/Announcement.pdf for further information about the need for Apple Music.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2025-10-06, version 3.1.1*

Great easy to use app. Customer service is outstanding too.

### 3/5 — Lots of issues since the new update - Please help!

*2025-09-21, version 3.0.0*

Normal issues:
I cannot use my iPad because the QR codes read as errors since I created the games from my iPhone.

I also cannot pull from my saved games list because the full list of songs do not pull into the session.

Since the new update:
The QR codes on the cards read all errors. I can’t figure out how to fix it. I have about 15 different categories for a weekly event and this is crucial to operation.

Since the new update, I have to manually search for most of the playlists. All of my playlists showed before the update.

I can’t get the email link to open to contact support. I am hoping this review will catch attention & lead to contact for support!

Otherwise, I really like this app and it has been extremely helpful/easy overall!

Please help!!

### 3/5 — Playlist skips songs

*2025-07-30, version 2.1.1*

When I start a game, it plays a few songs but then it suddenly skips the next song. In turn when it’s showing the song that’s playing but it’s not the name of the song that’s playing and if someone calls bingo because it played the song but never showed it on my que. the QR code won’t show a winning bingo. I have to keep a separate record of the songs on paper. Why is that?

### 3/5 — Great on my phone, Crashes on my Mac

*2025-07-24, version 2.1.1*

Shuffle Music Bingo is solid when I use it on my phone — smooth, fun, and easy to run a game. It’s a cool idea and works really well for parties or events.

But on my MacBook? It keeps crashing for no reason. Super frustrating when you’re trying to run things from a bigger screen. Until that’s fixed, I’m sticking to mobile.

Would love to bump this to 5 stars once it’s stable across all devices!
