4.5/5 stars.  Fabulous app, serves its purpose perfectly, thank you!  UI could use some polish, but it’s functional.  Would be great if could shuffle photos from the “Files” app instead of just “Photos”, and would be useful to be able to run multiple instances of the app in order to display different slideshows on multiple displays simultaneously.  Developer responds to inquiries and suggestions and is still actively developing this app.

Q. Which transition are you using? 
None / Fade (Deprecated) / Fade / Push / Move In / Reveal / Special

If you are using Fade (Deprecated) or Special, these may be more prone to causing issues. 
We would like to review the transition once more.

We have also not forgotten about the Files slideshow feature. 
We are currently working on improving the core part of the slideshow, and once that is done, we would like to work on that new feature.

The app Freezes on photos even though I have the paid up version so I need to restart it regularly.

I sincerely apologise that the app's performance has been poor and has not met your expectations. 

Currently, I have confirmed that the app sometimes freezes when handling high-resolution images. 
You may possibly have very high-resolution photos with a file size of 7MB or more per photo. This might be the bug in question. 

I plan to release an update with more stable performance within one month. 
If the issue does not improve even after the next version, please let me know. 

Additionally, if you have any other ideas about what might be causing the freezing, I would be very grateful if you could let me know.

とても便利でいつも使わせていただいています。
機能面概ね満足なのですが1点改善要望があります。
動画も写真もごちゃ混ぜのフォルダを流し続けると、写真の後ろで別の動画の音声が流れるようになります。
他のレビューを見てみたら、動画をフルにして、スライドを5秒とかにしておくと発生するという声をみかけ、そちらに該当するのではないかと思っています。画面は切り替わっているのに動画は流れ続けている印象。
改善いただけると嬉しいです。

アルバムに入った写真をランダムに流したい時に長年利用しています。使い方が簡単でありがたいです。

共有アルバムの写真をスライドショーしているとNoPhotoと表示されて読み込まれないことがあります。あらかじめ写真をダウンロードしておいて再生できるような機能があればとても助かります。ご検討のほど何卒よろしくお願いいたします。

This app is very good and I purchased the pro version. I’ve uploaded a lot of photos onto my iPad and they all have a similar date modified which is being displayed on the slideshow. It would be great if the displayed date, for each photo, could be the date created or the date the photo was taken.

Regarding the date taken:
The date taken may be removed depending on the method used when transferring photos to your iPad.
If the date taken also appears different when you view the photo in Apple's official Photos app, Shuffle Photos app will similarly be unable to display it correctly.

However, the date taken might remain as the modified date in some cases, so I would like to consider adding an option to display the modified date instead.

I purchased the app — I love the simplicity, I do not need bells and whistles, just the shuffle and basic controls it provides. 
I’d give it 5 stars but I don’t see an option to share the entire slideshow, just individual photos.

スライドショーを一時停止し、共有ボタンっぽいデザインのアイコンをタップした所、SafariWebブラウザが立ち上がりAmazon Primeのページ(広告先？)を表示して、アプリ側は「Now Loading……」と表示したまましばらくすると落ち、以降何度起動しても「Now Loading….…」と表示したままとなって操作不能のままとなる。iPadPro、iPadOS 26.2.1。
落ちた上、以降何度再起動しても操作不能のままというのは結構致命的なバグと思われ、これが改善されない限りは全く使い物にはならないだろう。

2026/07/18 追記
その後、本日先ほども含め何度か再インストールしても動作変わらず。
再インストール直後の起動では一瞬初期画面になるもののしばらくするとNow Loading… のみの表示になったまま応答せず。
結論として全く使いものになりません。

スライドショーの途中に全画面で全く興味のない広告が出るようになったので、アンインストールしました
製品版を買えという事なんでしょうけど、あまりに無神経すぎます

全画面の広告はスライドショーが終わった際に出るようにしており、
スライドショーの途中で広告が出ることは、こちらの不手際による不具合です。

購入のためにスライドショーの途中に広告を出すという意図はありませんでした。

今後はバグを修正とともに、より納得いただける広告の出し方に改善したいと思っております。

App might be good but too many ads pop up way to often, and difficult to figure out how to get rid of them.  Even closing the app and re-opening and the ad is still there.  Ended up deleting the app because I couldn’t use it enough to really test it out.

We use Google AdMob as our advertising provider.
Currently, full-screen ads appear once after using the slideshow twice.
Depending on the ad type, the × button may be small and difficult to press, located in the upper right or upper left corner.

If you find an ad inappropriate, you can tap the small "i" button or "AD" button in the lower right or lower left corner, then select "Stop seeing this ad" and choose "Ad was inappropriate" to prevent that ad from appearing in the future.

Alternatively, you can completely remove ads by upgrading to the Pro version from the settings screen.

We will also consider offering a free trial period without ads in the future.

iPadで使っているのですが、外付けusbのフォルダが選択できないのが最近気になってきました。
ある程度画像が溜まったらusbに移しているので、直接フォルダを選択できると助かります。

いつもお世話になってます。iPhoneデフォルトのカメラロールのスライドショー機能がゴミすぎるため、こちらを利用してます。
写真枚数が多すぎたりスライドショー時間が長いとスマホアチアチになるので、ほどよく利用しています。
広告の数もぜんぜん気になるレベルではありません。

Been using this app for years. Can’t complain. It’s to the point. Gets the job done. UI is simple. Wish it had a little more features, like maybe playback speed feature but at that point I’d just use a media player instead. This is an efficient, solid, reliable, easy, no bs slideshow app (especially compared to other ones). Do recommend.

日々愛用させていただいております。タイトルの通り、ビデオの音声を設定からオンにしても流れない事象が発生しております。ここだけ改善してもらえたら、純正の写真アプリではできなかったやりたかったことが全てできるようになるので、改善もしくは解消法をご提示いただけますとありがたい限りです。

4月19日更新
消音、マナーモードだと音声が流れない仕様とのこと、ご回答いただきありがとうございました！事象が改善されました。おかげでipadでやりたかったことが叶いました。これを機に購入させていただこうと思います。今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。

I wanted my old iPad to display photos from an Album. This app is simple and intuitive. The free version is good enough to use with unabtrusive banner ads at the bottom when not in a slideshow, making it truly great. 
Extra features, if you want are in a premium version, that also removes ads.

Great app - easy to use and simple, just what I need on my iPad while I’m working. I can’t get the audio to work though - I’m on iPadOS 26.4 beta.

After weeks of use, all of a sudden it completely stopped working on my iPad. I tried deleting the app, shutting down and restarting the iPad and then reinstalling the app but it didn’t work. The iPad is used for nothing but this app. There was no update of software before this happened. Please fix the glitch. I was really loving it before it failed.
