The App’s autopay bank option had some hiccups but eventually worked out. ### 3/5 — Zugang *2025-06-16* Eigentlich alles gut. Le bouton pour les conditions générales en France en anglais montre le même document en français. Pas d'authentification à deux facteurs. Aucun identifiant de visage n'est requis. Toute personne disposant de votre téléphone accédera à la zone. De plus, l'entreprise vend des casiers simples avec un code à 4 chiffres pour verrouiller la boîte. Cette application est une blague. Veuillez engager des experts en sécurité informatique pour cela, vous risquez la sécurité de tout le monde. ### 1/5 — I don’t need an app to open a door *2025-03-30, version 2.2.0* I have ten fingers and a brain to remember a code. Fumbling with a phone while having my hands full or dealing with trolleys is so impractical. Can’t wait to be done with my house move, delete your app which by the way I’m sure is giving you yummy metrics on me that make you a little more cash on the side. The app is terrible. Spent 20 minutes trying to log in only for it to tell me my ‘unique’ code is incorrect. Even when I copied and pasted it direct from their invoice. Finally had to give up and use a guest log in to access my locker. It is a bit fumbly having to get through multiple security doors using your phone while pushing a giant trolley, but I don’t think there’s a much better solution given the level of security they need. However, I have to say, it worked 100% fine from the minute I got it. It was easy to set up (the lady in the store showed me what to do). And it works perfectly to let me in/out of the storage place. I wonder if most people who have a good experience with the app never think to leave a review because it just works as it should. Therefore the reviews might give a skewed perspective if only those who have challenges choose to leave one. ### 5/5 — Great *2024-10-07, version 2.1.5* I was very dubious after seeing the awful reviews on this app, thinking oh blimey is this going to be a nightmare. But I have to say we have had no issues at all - very easy and straightforward to use and set up. I suppose if the signal connectivity at the storage you are using is no good that will cause issues. But we have found it to be nothing short of fantastic so far. Very simple but very effective.
