This was the second time I purchased this app after a struggle with a 5DSR. Impossible on the 5R. And to be scolded by the app for following instructions PER THE LETTER. Hard Pass.

This app worked easily with no problem at all with my Canon 80D and 90D.  When I connected it (via cable) to my Canon R6 I got nothing. Tried all I knew to do and got zilch.  Sent a problem report to the app developer.  Maybe the developer can tell me what is going on.  

I would have given them 5 stars, but with the app failing to perform on the R6, 4 stars is as high as I can go at the moment.

Connected via WiFi. No issues. Just use the wizard and follow the instructions.

Had issues when I attempted to do a shutter count on a Canon R6.  Communicated with Shutter Count support. They promptly replied.  Found I was using the wrong type of cable.  Changed cable to the type recommended by Shutter Count Support and got the shutter count of the R6 without any issue.

Very satisfied with the Shutter Count Pro Mobile.  Sold an older camera recently. Based on a relatively low shutter count, I got a very good price when selling.

Since Canon does not provide an on-camera way to read shutter count, I needed something that would do it.  I looked at (and tried) some freebie shutter count items on the internet. Nope.  Didn’t work.

I then found Shutter Count Pro Mobile.  Worked well on both of my Canon cameras.  I’m well pleased with the results.  Best $18 or so I’ve spent in awhile.

It's ios 17.1.1. When connecting to the camera, the message 'USB connections do not work properly on this iOS version' appears.

Bought a usb 3 lightening to usb connector, plugged it in to my iPhone SE, connected 7d II instant readout. The 80D was a little more trouble- took an email to Lazlo at support. 12 hours later got the answer. Turn the camera off then on.
