They do not know the meaning of commitment. Customer service is also crap. Cancels ride every now and then without any reason clarified. Moreover, they do not refund the money in time. Most of the users of this service are varsity going students. They do not bother to cancel their rides just few hours before students class start. They take the payment in advance but they don’t bother about the service and commitment. They cannot provide transportation in office time and don’t even inform earlier which causes the passengers big trouble in rush hours. Even their refund process takes 10 to 20 days though they commit to refund in three days. You need to monitor this. If a person gets a late entry at office , what’s the purpose of using this service at early in the morning . You should be careful about Your time-table. You just put a pick up hour but don’t that accordingly. This is disappointing. You should take actions. One late could be considerable due to heavy traffic. Dozens of unavailable routes appear as options and I have to tap on each one to check availability. Several destinations that are very close to each other (and are unavailable) appear too even though they could just be condensed into one.
